| Methods | To help you chill...

| 1 | Chill on your own...

This may make you look like a loner, but nothing can beat just chilling on your own, where you can let it all go and drift into your own subconcious self. Other methods come close, but putting a CD in the stereo, holding a chilled drink, lying back and chilling yourself out solitarily is the best form of relaxation. Ideal for anywhere you like, I especially liked this method when I was on holiday in Cyprus.
For pefect peace of mind and proper chilled times, this is the way to be.

| 2 | Chill with some friends...

This is a great method of chilling out. A close second to chilling on your own, having some friends round on a warm summer night in the garden with a good stock of drink and tunes is the way to go. Idle chit chat and having a good time is of the utmost importance and its the time when you all sit as the sun sets do you feel really and totally chilled with the people you like. Although it is very generic, you can chill anywhere you like. At the ocean; in your house after a party, on holiday at the pool or balcony of your apartment, it makes no difference, as long as you reach the state that is chilled and relaxed.

| 3 | Chill on holiday...

The purpose of a holiday is to give you a break from the norm and some time to relax and explore new areas, countries, continents. A lot of people go on holiday and do nothing but party, but staying in maybe a night or two and just chilling in your apartment, on your balcony or on a beach at dusk is a great experience and leaves you totally chilled. Even during the day on holiday, its great to have some chilled time. It would be worth going to a bar or somewhere that has a nice chilled atmosphere. An example would be the Café Del Mar in Ibiza. This method of chilling should definitely be considered when abroad. Just remember to pack a personal CD player with some small speakers and order a drink or three from the bar.

| 4 | Go for a walk...

Going for a nice long walk during a sunny or summer night to a place where all is quiet and relaxed is great. It gets you away from all the hustle and bustle and you can have some good relaxation.

| 5 | Go for a drive...

Going a nice drive on a lovely summer night to an area where you can see the sunset is a must for chilling out. I have found myself going a nice easy drive to areas where my I can get a great view of the sun setting behind an island, or hill. But thats me, because I like watching the sun set. If you have a soft top or convertible car, then obviously pull the roof down and go for that drive.

| 6 | Go to the beach...

Going to the beach is great, and especially in the shaded areas for a cocktail or two. Lounging and baking in the sun is a great feeling and leaves you either tanned, sunburnt, but more importanly, chilled. Can't beat going to the beach, either with friends or with the other half. Its a must, especially nearer the evening whren the sun begins to set.
